Where relevant, food samples, nutritional supplements and flower remedies can all be tested to see their impact on the body.
Kinesiology techniques are specifically chosen for their effectiveness, safety and simplicity.
All ages can benefit from kinesiology. I have found it to be a wonderful gentle therapy for my children and have used it since birth.

My approach to kinesiology is very gentle and sessions are designed to be relaxing.
I am generally drawn to working with the emotions - testing can be carried out while thinking through any concerns rather than verbalising them should this feel easier.
For those who live further afield and who are open to working with energy, I am happy to offer my kinesiology services online.
This would consist of a 30-minute online consultation, after which I would carry out surrogate testing and provide an email summary of recommendations.
Please contact me using the form below, and we can discuss whether this would be an appropriate way forward for you.

My family and I have hugely benefitted from both kinesiology and chiropractic care, completely changing my perspective on healthcare.
Before this, I studied biochemistry at university and spent over 15 years of my career working in medical research.
I have now aligned my personal and work life, and embarked on a new career in kinesiology. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years, and I am excited to share this with others.
I completely understand that exploring alternative therapies can be daunting. I hope that my background will enable me to effectively bridge the gap between mainstream medical and alternative worlds.
I am fascinated with the study of epigenetics – looking at how our ancestry and environment shapes us.
I believe that good emotional health is incredibly important, and that emotions/trauma can underpin dis-ease.
My personal journey has led to hours of research on various topics, including:
* Women's health
* Thyroid issues
* Chronic fatigu

I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office and insured by Balens.
I have completed additional training on
primitive reflexes with Linda Belcher
(Kinesiology Association).
When these reflexes are retained, they can underpin learning and behavioural issues.
This field of research is absolutely fascinating, and treatment can be relevant for both adults and children.
I am grateful to have a wonderful community of wise women around me, all with their unique healthcare offerings and insights.
I am well supported and able to make appropriate referrals, as needed.
If you are interested in joining this community and working with me, please do enquire below.
