Kinesiology is a wonderful holistic therapy, in which gentle muscle response testing is utilised to identify the root cause of any un-ease in the body.
Natural corrections are offered using a variety of techniques to balance structural, nutritional, emotional and electrical factors.
Corrections are specifically chosen for their effectiveness, safety and simplicity.
Where relevant, food samples, nutritional supplements and flower remedies can all be tested to see their impact on the body.
All ages can benefit from kinesiology. I have found it to be a wonderful gentle therapy for my children and have used it since birth.
Kinesiology sessions take place in our friendly clinic setting, nestled by the river, in the heart of Pangbourne, West Berkshire.
Following an initial chat and review of your health questionnaire, muscle testing will be carried out on a massage table. A short video to demonstrate testing can be viewed here:

It is advised to wear comfortable clothing to allow for a range of movement, and to allow an hour and a half for initial appointments and an hour thereafter.
My approach to kinesiology is very gentle and sessions are designed to be relaxing.

Aligning my personal and work life by training in kinesiology has been wonderful. I have built up a wealth of knowledge and experience over the years, and love sharing this with others.
I completely understand that exploring alternative therapies can be daunting. I hope that my background will enable me to effectively bridge the gap between mainstream medical and alternative worlds.

Nutrition
As part of my kinesiology training, I completed a Diet and Nutritional Advisor Diploma with the Centre of Excellence.
I have a thirst for knowledge and regularly join webinars with Epigenetics, New Roots and BioNutri, ensuring that I am up to date with the latest information available on nutritional supplements.

Working with energy
Being highly sensitive and a natural empath, I find myself drawn to working with energy.
This passion was nurtured by my wonderful kinesiology tutor, Sue Southern.

Menstrual cycle awareness
I love supporting women with their hormone health, and have completed a Menstrual Cycle Awareness course with Tessa Venuti Sanderson.

Primitive reflexes
When primitive reflexes are retained, they can underpin learning and behavioural issues. This field of research is absolutely fascinating, and treatment can be relevant for both adults and children.
I completed my Primitive Reflexes qualification with Linda Belcher.

Emotional health
My overarching belief is that good emotional health is incredibly important, and that emotions/trauma can underpin dis-ease.
I enjoy following the work of Evette Rose, author of Metaphysical Anatomy, for further inspiration in this field.

When working with emotions in a kinesiology appointment, testing can be carried out while thinking through any concerns rather than verbalising them should this feel easier.
I am grateful to have a wonderful community of wise women around me, all with their unique healthcare offerings and insights.
I am well supported and able to make appropriate referrals, as needed.
If you are interested in joining this community and working with me, please do enquire below.
For those who live further afield and who are open to working with energy, I am happy to offer my kinesiology services online.
This would consist of a 30-minute online consultation, after which I would carry out surrogate testing and provide an email summary of recommendations.
Please contact me using the form below, and we can discuss whether this would be an appropriate way forward for you.
Appointments are charged at £70
(1.5 hours for an initial appointment and
1 hour thereafter).
Children's appointments (ages 0-12 years) are discounted at £40; this acknowledges that we will have shorter sessions and work at their pace.
Please note that full payment will be required when cancellation is made within
24 hours of an appointment.
